Mcdonald's - West Palm Beach

I ordered my granddaughter a hamburger with only ketchup and pickles the cashier who took my order was amazing however the employees who made the food were less than par please tell me how a hamburger ended up as a chicken sandwich that I waited 20 minutes for because her hamburger was a special order.

I really love McDonald's they have been around before I was born and the food is just awesome hot food is hot cold food is cold their customer service is just impeccable I love customer service that is great it really makes a business . Quality it's really what makes the food as well as taste. I love that drinks as well as all that desserts. I will continue to be a dedicated customer of McDonald's. Me myself I don't mind paying for something that is well worth it and their food and variety is certainly that.

This McDonald's isn't too* bad. The food is usually pretty fresh. If not fresh, its at least warm. Customer service is a hit or miss, always hard to tell till you start the ordering process. Usually pretty clean inside too, the bathrooms could be cleaner though.

Unfortunate events. Asked for spicy nuggests fresh and told them I was willing to wait. Waited and received regular. I went back as these things do happen. They asked me to wait again which was ok. When I got home the nuggets were dry and definitely old. I ended up throwing them away. $6.40+ in the trash. I known I should have checked but I didn't. Positive note, I have enough sweet and sour sauce to last for awhile.
