Jersey Mike's Subs - West Palm Beach

Always great steak and cheeses! Great management at this location for the amount of business funnels through this little place. Usually the wait is worth it

Cleanliness: The floor in the kitchen could’ve been swept but overall good so I didn’t take a star away. Needs improvement but I don’t know if there was a rush before I got in. Staff Professionalism: I’ve been here a few times and they’re always so nice, groomed appearance and always ready with a genuine smile. Quality of Food: 10 Stars says my parents. Fresh and hot for pops. Cold toppings, cold meat and crispy bread for mom.

Who knew how awesome their subs really are? I enjoyed my Italian sub, and had it as suggested on the Google app. Fresh and delicious. And, seemless ordering and pickup as well with friendly staff. Recommended!

Had the giant philly with let/tom/raw onion and American cheese. Told them to put cheese on bottom of sub, not only they didn't do that but the cheese was not melted and the whole sub was barely warm. Also both bathrooms were out of order as was there soda fountain machine. Like Really.

Our office eats at Jersey Mikes at least once a week with this location being the closest to us. I have to say, over the years the staff has gotten so disrespectful. The manager Anthony seems to be the issue as he bosses everyone around with one word answers as well as the customers. I am a very patient person but his attitude ruins the entire establishment. I will no longer be visiting this Jersey Mikes, instead I will drive a little further for smiles and happiness that is served at the Okeechobee location.
