Cafe Centro - West Palm Beach

My mother and I had the pleasure of dining at a delightful restaurant. Our experience at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience.

Came for the Jazz night and enjoyed dinner with our friends. It's a really terrific jazz trio tonight on one side of the restaurant and Motown on the other side We loved the music tonight. the food was good, but it could use a few tweaks. Started with the pear salad. ladies enjoyed a split portion. I went with the fried calamari (small portion) in my opinion for the price. followed by the chicken Marsala with a side of zucchini squash in place of the potatos. friend had the Mediterranean shrimp and linguine. My wife had the mussels and calamari over pasta with a red sauce and, finally, the shrimp and gnocchi. each of us enjoyed our meal and it was nice size portions. I will definitely return. Just order something different. And amazing jazz tonight! The server was a great sales person, convinced me to go with something I normally do not order.

We ordered 4 different pasta dishes and they were all incredibly bland and underwhelming. Also, the restaurant had a slight odor upon arrival..didn’t smell like food-more like rodents or roaches…probably nothing probably something, who knows. The band was not playing at the time we were there around 5:30p. Our waitress was attentive though. Frankly, overall, I think you’re better off eating somewhere else.

Only giving a 5 star bc that’s the highest choice I have. Would give a 10/5 if I could. Food was amazing, atmosphere was just what we were looking for and the music was perfect. Can’t wait to come back… Athena, our waitress was a gem.

Went out for a VDay dinner.. the atmosphere was very nice and romantic with love music . Food was delicious, I believe it was a special menu but the crispy duck was AMAZING! Service and staff were very friendly and attentive.
