This is the worst food we have ever had. It has cheap photos of fish and rice or vegtables to choose from. It is basically a storefront with third grade chinese food. The rice is tasteless, the fried fish is so dry it is impossible to eat. The grilled shrimp is frozen and not grilled but sprnkled with cheap powder. The calamari is frozen and tastes like slimey rope. The name of this place is deceiving there is no harbor just a dirty dumpy space with awful food.

The food's excellent the price is decent I recommend it. They got steamed fish, grilled fish, and also fried fish. I had a grilled tuna with Fried rice. My mother had a grilled salmon with vegetable. And my father had the grilled porgy with vegetable. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
