Waffle House - West Monroe

We had an excellent experience here! Our food was great, and our waitress, Alisa, was wonderful! This was the best Waffle House we’ve been to!

I drove to get there after we went over the order 3 times. It was still missing the breakfast sirloin. I would have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes plus knowing my food would be cold. No thanks. And I still didn't get my receipts. If you are training someone. Don't leave their side in training. Training is until they are ready to be turned loose on the customer. Anything else reflects because we the public are a fickle bunch. Does this place have coffee carriers? They pretty much let me balance two hot coffees in the bend of my arm. I like this place but that day wasn't the day.

Excellent experience. Was there around 5 am. The two ladies had worked all night and yet were still very friendly and attentive. Allowed my waitress to suggest my meal and it was great. Restaurant was very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend this location.

Clean restaurant. Food was good as always. Bathrooms fairly decent. This Waffle House is a little small. We had a baby in a car seat, and it was tight with him in the aisle. I'd recommend this restaurant and would stop by again if in the area.

5 star treatment on a 1 star night! Thanks for being the only place to stay open during the Snow-pocalypse 2021!
