Sam's Southern Eatery - West Monroe

Quantity meets quality!. We like Sam's Southern Eatery and eat there often. It is a place where I can feed my big family for a relatively low price. A lot of food for a low price I can order the 12 chicken strips (usually get 14 15) and double frits and feed my family of five for less than $15 2. Friendly staff there are many nice young servers in West Monroe, and the lady who runs the counter in Monroe is great. 3. Good locations CONS 1. When you dive, the smell of fat hangs in the air. 2. You have begun to go cups on drinks. 3. You got a lot more than what you get now. However, their shares are still quite generous. 4. You must now pay for their fantastic tartaric acid sauce, which I will like to do because I can eat it with a spoon.

Great portions at reasonable prices! The fish and shrimp are very good. Would recommend.

 I just pulled here and was shocked to do this place's business! I ordered the 6 oysters 6 shrimps and had a lot about this amount! When I finished eating, I was still staring at a meal, it was like I didn't eat anything. I must say I will return and would like to recommend this place to everyone.

One word LAGNIAPPE!!!!!. After having a chance to visit the Sam 's Southern Eatery in Monroe, I knew I was bursting with anticipation awaiting the opening of the Sam 's in West Monroe! If you have not had a chance to try it, it is most certainly a must try locale. At my first encounter, the Sam 's Special of 25 baby jumbo shrimp, 2 southern sides, and huspuppies at the mere price of $7.99 was not only an excellent value, but was a tastey treat! So, upon our arrival at the Sam 's in West Monroe, I had to find out just how jumbo their Jumbo Shrimp were especially since they advertise as being The Home of the Jumbo Shrimp . For the meagerly price of $11.99, I ordered the 6 Jumbo Shrimp, 6 Oyster combo plate, with 2 southern sides and hushpuppies and Lagniappe was what I got! The jumbo shrimp are EACH about the size of the palm of my hand, as were EACH of the fried oysters and each time I 've visited, I 've NEVER received 6/6, it 's always more! So foodie friends, if you 're in the mood for some good food, and a whole lotta lagniappe, you 've gotta try Sam 's Southern Eatery! As for this locale, I gladly award Sam 's with 4 Spoons on the Parker Spoon Review and only because I 've not yet had the chance to try the entire menu! Great job folks! :
