Hey guys, the Melbourne Porterhouse was off the chart. A tad salty as Outback seems to always be, still great.Im usually a Ribeye guy but wanted something different. Ribeye was top notch on my wifes steak knife.

Nice people. Severely understaffed and extremely slow service. After waiting g close to an hour for our food, my burger was undercooked.

Do you like calling in a to go order Picking it up Only to come home and realize you must have been given the wrong order? It happens! No problem. So you take it back and they make it right and all is good in the world, right? How about after dinner and giving your kid a bath you see you have a missed phone call from an unknown number and have a voicemail. Check out this fun transcript Hi my name is Heather and I 'm a manager here outback steakhouse in West Monroe and we had a pick up order for you guys and there was a little bit of a mixup with some payments here and somebody else had paid your guises bill and so that payment got deleted off of that account and um so your card will be refunded the 47 whatever um for your guises total of $60 and 46 and still unpaid at this time um we need you guys to call back in and either pay that or we may have to take this to the authorities so someone could please give us a call back as soon as possible at 318 387 6700 to get this taken care of we appreciate it thank you... Needless to say, we called back and spoke to the franchise owner. Even though she tried to comp the meal, we made sure she processed the rightful payment for our meal. We did not take no for an answer. Eat at your own risk management is clearly eager to call the authorities ‍

Just wanted to sing the praises of our waitress Brittany. After a long day, she was attentive, active, made great suggestions, tended to our many needs (more so because my 3 children always have a bunch of requests), and made sure that she always had a smile with a pleasant attitude. The food was good, we ordered wings, salmon with shrimp crawfish, and 3 steaks. Can't blame Brittany for the tap beers not working. We'll gladly return to this location, with the hopes that Brittany will be working that day/night.
