Kfc - West Monroe

Closed dining area at 8:45, would not allow anyone inside, told me they closed at 9pm the time on sign has 10pm mon-Sat.This is Tuesday.I’m completely confused why this location is even opened for business if they can’t follow their own restaurant schedule.

I have never wrote a bad review anywhere but this is silly. It is 6:30 and no dark meat. Only one crispy leg in the place and no thighs. Did not offer to cook any. Had to go somewhere else to buy chicken. Not a happy customer. He did apologize.

The people staff are amazing and give amazing service.

The nuggets had too pepper and the.biscuits had too much Lars and tasted like flour. Not good. I can do better biscuits at home and I am no chef.

I enjoy eating the mashed potato bowls until today. I got so much gravy and very little mashed potatoes. It looks like soup! Please don’t let someone that don’t know how to make the bowl do so. I so enjoy your bowls often, other than today!!!!
