Wawa - West Melbourne

My girlfriend got a warm cookie and it crumbled a bit so she got her cookie that crumbled a bit and an extra one for free while the store had maybe 4 workers. excellent customer service while they were obviously understaffed. pretty sure the workers name was Glen so kudos to you Glen.

The lady who checked me out at the register tonight was very nice and personable, really appreciated her candor. Also, thank you to the woman who made my sandwich tonight as well, I?m always appreciative of people who are able to keep a good attitude even when working the night shift. The team here is fantastic!

I like the fact that you can fill up for gas and pay for gas at the pump in their app and not worry about your credit card being scanned the only thing is is the app does not always come up when you're at a Wawa's and it's hard to get the app to recognize what store you're at they just need to improve their app and their Wi-Fi

WarninG The wawa on palm bay rd is the poorest and meanest buisness I 've ever been in I was litteraly bullied after trying to order some food on the computer and there was so many items not available I get it were in a tough time but to bully me for asking questions and calling me outside my name is uncalled for. I felt so belittled for asking them simple questions their customer service style is intimidation and bullying until you eventually give up which felt like wasvery much they 're intent. To frustrate you into leaving. Litterally were out of everything I tried to order I asked if she could help me make a sandwich with what they do have and she said no. I walked out said ill go to another wawa andthis is where it got beyond disrespectful the women who refused to help me said see ya Karen ill never go back the incompetency and gas lighting was outta this world DONT SHOP at this wawa just don 't bother they 're always out ofeverything and always rude when askedfor help
