Pollo Tropical - West Melbourne

First time visit to this location and restaurant. Enjoyed the food, pricey, and love their mango smooth. Will try the food again. Parking: Lots of parking,it's located in a strip mall with other restaurants Wheelchair accessibility: Roomy area, wide doors, tables, etc

I’ve gone to Pollo Tropical locations at Miami, and they always delivered. After the pandemic, there was a decline in quality, but not by much, at least over at Miami. But since I moved here, this location in Palm Bay has been consistently horrible. I’ve ordered through DoorDash and I got a full refund because the wrong order was sent, and even what was sent was inedible. I have gone to the restaurant in person a grand total of 3 times in the three years I’ve been in this area, and the employees took offense that I started checking the food in front of them “sir? Everything is in there. Sir?!” , but guess what? Sides were missing, sauces were missing, and one or two whole entrees were missing, on all three times I’ve gone to order takeout. Last one was recent, and that was strike 3 for me. I will not go to this Pollo Tropical ever again.

I ordered two chicken plates through DoorDash. Both orders came without the two sides (rice and beans). We only received the chicken. There's no excuse for this lack of attention to detail.

Went to get food in the drive through, and ordered the 1/4 chicken and asked for white meat only. On the menu it says you can ask for white or dark meat. I didn't realize until I was home that I received dark meat, which I cannot eat. The sauce that I had gotten also spilled in takeout bag. I am more angered by the fact that when I asked for specific chicken I didn't get it, rather than I especially payed $20 for rice and beans.
