Bidra med feedbackService was absolutely horrible. One of our pizzas was wrong, but we decided to just not say anything and we ordered another pizza. Got there and the woman behind the counter snapped at us when we asked for our sauce. They had shoved it on top of the pizza. The. Got upset when we asked for the red peppers and over charged us for an extra sauce (they are .75 she charged us 2.50)
This is 'my ' Papa John 's, I come here probably too much, and maybe drive the staff crazy but I love it and they 're always nice!
My pizza was delivered undercooked to say the least... contacted the store and was offered another pizza to be made/delivered...we were in a bit of a rush so elected to bake the undercooked pizza in the oven for an additional 10+mins..I thought that was the end of that..but was contacted by Corporate and offered a free lg pizza and a very sincere apology from Carl. Good customer service goes a long way!
They were quick on the delivery getting the order correct- however the pizza felt overdone.
The stuffed crust pizza was good with a side of tomatoe dipping sauce.
