Had a weird body odor smell, but you eventually go nose blind to it and have a good time.

Booked our 7 year old girl’s birthday party here on September 23 Arrived to prepare for her party Got greeted by a staff member to let us know they are short handed but we will have a host and everything would go as plan Party was booked for 12:30-2:30 They gave us a step by step itinerary Well let me tell you something none of that happened We received our pizzas at 2:05, cut the cake at 2:15 and at 2:24 were told we need to leave the table Looks like the kitchen staff walked out on them and our child was made to suffer because of this It doesn’t seem fair We didn’t have a manager come out to apologize to us for all the inconveniences. We were just told to get our gifts and move along so another child’s birthday could be ruined but Chucky cheese to make their money. I wouldn’t recommend taking your child to this location ever if you want your child to actually enjoy the event you were paying for I will be contacting corporate in regards to this situation as well. It's nothing but an electronic arcade without the enjoyment of getting tickets from the machine. Plus the demand of a time limit. No sitting around the table talking then going to play another round. No play place, no more stage for the characters to play, no chucky cheese coming out to see the kids, just play for an hour and get the hell out. Not the Chucky cheese of my child hood, now its $220 bucks for 4 kids to have lunch and an hr of play. Never again. I gave 5 stars for the service but the company will have her position out with the rest soon enough... every table had an order and pay from your phone so you don't have to talk to anyone sticker. I love this Chucky Cheese, and I've never really liked any Chucky Cheese! Always spotless, the games work and the service is friendly. This is an awesome place to bring your children!!
