Burger King - West Lebanon

I ordered a Whopper Junior and onion rings. The onion rings were cold and the burger was rancid with no onion or tomatoes, and the salad was warm. When I called to complain, the manager insulted me and hung up on me.

The server had a rash covering their lower arms with open and fresh sores. Their hands were visibly dirty. The server touched money and then handled food without washing their hands or using gloves. It was disgusting. Didn't even bother opening a bag. Should just throw the food in the garbage.

We ordered 2 hepper and 2 medium-sized diet soda and was charged $20.14!!! We asked the cashier in the drive-thru why so much. He said the Hepper were $6.29 and the Sodas were $5.98 each. How is that all?! Your menu says soda is $1.00 plus tax!? You just lost a large family of customers! We will not return and spread the word!

We went to this restaurant to have a meal, but after waiting for 20 minutes without being acknowledged, we left. The lack of attention to customers was very unprofessional, and it seems like they need to hire new staff. We ended up going to another fast food place down the road where the service was much better.

This place is gross. They keep all the beef they have extra at the end of the night and bag it up then recook it in the morning. Co workers laugh about spitting and purposely messing up orders. Then they put tape on the receipt machine so that you can't get the FULL survey code so you can't get your free whopper from doing a survey because they hacked the receipt paper with the survey code on it. They do illegal things there. I know because it disquested me so I quit!
