Mcdonald's - West Lafayette

This visit was pretty good. The store was clean and nicely decorated. It is large with lots of comfortable seating. The place is very attractive such that you could come seat and relax for a good period of time between classes or before a game. The service was very fast. I did not interface with any personnel as they were focused on hustling orders. Though...I don't know that it was in their DNA to really be customer forward.

If you want to waste gas by idling for 30 minutes, this McDonald 's is definitely the place to come hang out at. Started the drive thru at 01:35 with two cars in front of me. I figured this would be a quick process. Boy was I wrong. Now I 'm only here because I 'm making a few bucks doing Door Dash. I advised the customer the line is moving really slow. She asked if I was going to wait and mentioned that she was starving. So as the gentleman I am I said yes. Little did I know this was going to turn in to a 45 minute wait. By far this location is getting hammered by hiring people with no work ethic because no one wants to work. Everyone is enjoying their Biden Money. I finally make it to the speaker and started a timer. See attached picture. It took almost 12 minute from the time I said door dash pick up until I got to the window. The cashier hands me the bag of food and the bag is ice cold. I told the cashier that the bag is ice cold and his response was to shrug his shoulders and say oh well. Don 't come here late at night.

They are terrible, the food tasted like it was made 3 days ago and just reheated. Just go to the one on E State St.

Pretty good, I had a carmel Frappuccino and some French Fries. The coffee was wonderful and the McDonald's fries remain superior to all other fast food chains.

The past two times we have tried to go here, they have been CLOSED! Once after a home Purdue football game and just last night right after the home Purdue Basketball game. Horrible service. How can you stay 'in business ' when you don 't even open during the busiest times on campus?!? I wish they would close down so a quality restaurant could open on that site!
