Outback Steakhouse - West Knoxville

I don't know why people would pay as much as they do for steaks here. The salads are great, fries are great, desserts and wings are too but the steaks are not even edible! I don't even know why I think it's going to get better when I go about every 6 six months. You can go to Connors for the same price and the quality of meat is going to be 100x better!!! I had a ribeye there other day it was so chewy I couldn't get a knife through it, then went to filet, better but not good quality!

The food came out at a very reasonable time, cooked as ordered. We will return here.

Great tasting sirloin steak, potato, and house salad. House dark bread was very tasty also. Italian dressing tasted a little off. Asked for A1 sauce and was brought not a bottle but a little tiny metal dish with A1 in it. Steve, our waiter, was ok and kept our glasses filled without us asking him. I sat in a glare from the sun almost the entire time I was there. Shades could have been lowered. Bathrooms were clean and had soap and paper towels.

The food was pretty good, and the service was fair.

It's been a little while since we have been to Outback, and I see why. Service has poor at best. The food was okay but not great.
