Krispy Kreme - West Knoxville

I pulled into the drive thru a few minutes before closing on a short break from work, and wasn't sure if I'd get served. The young lady with red braids was very kind and helped me with my coffee order, and made the experience very nice. I will be back more often, and I won't wait until so close to closing time in the future!

If I could give negative star reviews I would… went by this morning when they opened.. did not even have donuts. Latte machine for iced coffee has been down for weeks. Had loaded money on my app and waited 10 minutes in drive thru to be told that it would 12 to 15 more minutes just to get original glazed. Why would you open with no donuts or coffee at a Donut Shop?????

They were friendly and fast (obviously not a busy time at night though), I wanted an old fashioned donut, they had no clue what that was. They were out of cake donuts and couldn't offer anything without the icing/glaze, definitely disappointed by the lack of options. I didn't see fritters or anything else that wasn't a round iced donut. Coffee tasted burnt.

The doughnuts are wonderful and so is the coffee. Big hit for all the workers. Great service too.

We waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes, They were out of just about everything. We finally got our order and they were stale and cold like they just came out of a refrigerator. We both took one bite and threw them in the trash when we got home.
