Ihop - West Knoxville

First of all, our server, Autumn, was wonderful, nice, and helpful. She took extra steps to take care of my wife and I even though they were obviously understaffed this evening. *Most* of our meal was delicious and it all came at the same time however, the hash browns were cold and mushy compared to everything else. My to go order was not correct at all and when I arrived the server that gave me my order was rude never said hello or nothing didn’t ask my name just handed me my food and walked away then I called to tell them my order was incorrect and got hung up on this store is very unprofessional

We waited for our order to be taken and brought to us for 45 mins. Our waiter was waiting on people who came in after us. There's one young man and I didn't get his name that should be commended. They did my meal twice and still didn't get it right. It will be a while before I visit again.

The people were amazing and the food was fast and fresh! The owner was serving customers personally and I was totally impressed.
