Panago Pizza - West Kelowna

My pizza was made perfect the young man who made it was so nice too. I'll definitely be back.

I ordered pizza, they said they would call back to confirm. I talked to a lady to confirm the order and she told me 55 minutes. An hour and 40 minutes pass and I call back to find out where my order is they put me on hold for 15 minutes to tell me my order was still on hold. Now it's 1030 at night I have hungry kids and no food and told it would be an hour longer !!! This is HORRIBLE customer service. Nothing is open here now and we have no food.

We ordered a large j chicken pizza and it tasted really good. It was made spicy as requested. Also gave my daughter a complimentary juice box.

Panago has uniquely delicious crust and high quality ingredients. It just hits different.

My order has been messed up too many times. Wrong ingredients on my pizza. I only order the pre made pizzas too, nothing confusing. Sorry Panago, I have given you too many chances, I won’t be ordering again.
