Waffle Love West Jordan

First time at Waffle Love and we got the Breakfast Sammy. It's got two waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage, their secret sauce and it was delicious! I was second guessing my choice on picking bacon because a lot of places don't know how to cook bacon or something but this bacon was crispy and easy to bite

The restaurant itself was very clean, cute, and spacious. The gal at the counter was very polite and friendly. The wait wasn't bad as there were a few other people in line ahead of us.I was a little more disappointed with the food. ? My Peach Cobbler Waffles had fruit flies literally crawling all over and I had to scoop them out with a knife before deciding I probably wouldnt/shouldn't eat it. Thankfully they were gracious enough to make me another. I did not expect my waffle to be as hard as it was. ??We also got a chicken sandwich which was good, but we really liked the grilled cheese tomato bisque.I wouldn't seek out going here again but wouldn't discourage anyone from going. First coming in. We'd been meaning to come in for some time, and we're now kicking ourselves for not doing it sooner. Food was delicious! Staff was kind and courteous. Maddie and Caylee were awesome.

Such an awesome environment with happy vibe. The place was so clean. Ordering the food was not complicated! So very grateful for the amazing taste to the food. The flavor! Baylee and Mattie gave such perfect service.

Waited over 40 minutes for our food with no communication from the staff that they had a system error. We just sat and waited while we watched people who came in after us get their large orders. Only after we went up, they told us our food would be out shortly. On top of that, there were no metal utensils, only plastic forks and no plastic knifes. Even once we got our food almost an hour later, none of the utensils were restocked. I asked one of the employees if they had knives, she said she would wash some for us and bring it out. I then watch her go behind the counter and talk to one of the other employees for at least another five minutes until another person in my party went and asked again, after ANOTHER customer also asked. Only then did she come grab the dirty knives and go wash them. It would be understandable that the knives weren’t restocked if they weren’t really needed, but the tough waffles are impossible to be cut with a plastic fork! My fork literally broke while I was eating, waiting at least 10 minutes for a knife. All in all, I had a horrible experience and will not be recommending to anyone.
