Swig - West Jordan

I love Swig! The employees are always friendly and I love being able to customize a drink. My favorite is just sparkling water with fruit purees. Yum!

Today I went to Swig in West Jordan and had a really good experience; I felt it was worth sharing. There was about 10 cars deep and the swig team members handled the line and busyness so well. I had a semi complicated order and the team member got it right. I was about the 11th car and from the time to the team member taking my order, paying for my drink and getting them, I was only there for about 5 minutes. I appreciated being greeted with kindness not only at the part where my order was taken but at the window with the team member giving my drinks.Thank you Swig West Jordan for a great experience. *Drinks were made PERFECTLY*

I have to give 2 stars strictly for the customer service. I went to the Swig located in the Macey 's parkng lot on 12/16/23. I have a punch card for 10 44 oz drinks. I intended to only use two of those 10 then pay cash for the kids drinks I was purchasing. When I went to pay the gal took the punch card marked all drinks as 44 oz drinks, when two of them were clearly in kids cups. I mentioned this to her but she did not care simply shrugged and said, Oh well, I already marked it so I can 't fix it. No apology or even an attempt to correct it. We were in a hurry, otherwise, we would have requested a resolution. We buy the punch card so that we can save on 44oz drinks.... Instead we were jipped on two of them.

The employees here are so slow and rude. The amount of times I pull up and they seem annoyed is astounding. Like I’m sorry you have to do your job???? It also takes FOREVER to get through the line. My best advice is to avoid this swig at all costs.

Great place with friendly staff. Love the strawberry breeze with water and is super close to a grocery store.
