Starbucks - West Jordan

I am an Extreme Regular of Starbucks, i visit 2 — 3 times a day, in the 10 years as a customer, i have never had to write a review, i constantly give 5 stars because i have always been treated with respect, i went to the Starbucks In West Jordan Utah 10:31pm on Saturday the 24th of September, their website says they close at 11:00pm i have been there in the recent past at 10:45pm, after waiting at the drive thru for 2 minutes a young girl said to me over the intercom she was sorry but they wer … – show

The staff is usually nice but this store is out of everything constantly!! I don’t think I have ever come and they have had everything I wanted.

The only reason I go to this Starbucks is because it's on the way to my daughter's school. Apparently they can not read their labels. 1 out of 3 orders are messed up. How you can take a hot drink get Frappuccino out of it…NO IDEA!!!!

The bubbly, kind, red-headed lady is AMAZING! (I think her name is Brynne? She does such a spectacular job motivating her team, caring for customers, and being kind. She radiates positivity, empathy, and kindness. Starbucks, definitely recognize and appreciate this awesome employee! She goes above and beyond, and she truly makes a huge difference in your store and for your customers!
