Panda Express - West Jordan

The worst! Since the introduction of the Beyond Orange Chicken, I have been here twice. Both times we were served cold food due to excessive waiting times. This time I ordered online, was 5 minutes after my pickup time and the food was not ready yet. Then the staff was rude and mocked when I asked why my order was not done. The Beyond Orange Chicken is brilliant, but not with the trouble of coming here.

Asked for fresh steak, because the old ine black and dried in the pan so waited four 10-15 min and got my food when I tried to eat home, I saw that the same black dried steak in my plate is also the amount of food they packed was like just pair spoons from everyone that was great, should give a star.

I and my husband have been working in the food industry for years and we were both impressed by teamwork. When we got there, the line was long, but still in 15 minutes. Even everyone in the line came out very quickly. We were also impressed by the fact that the 20-30-year-olds with whom we have been working for years cannot even work so well and quickly. Hands down best place to go, whether haste or quality.

Huge called to Panda Express. My son lost his wallet last week. It had a lot of money in it. We followed everywhere. We called Panda Express West Jordan and they checked their safe without luck. We had given quite a lot of hope to find it and began the process of replacing everything when our doorbell rings. It was one of the workers of Panda Express. They were deeply cleaned and found it between the seats on a table. She drove 40 minutes to our house to deliver it then probably another 40 (at least a rush hour). Everything was intact, cash included. There are good people in this world!

I ordered online and Kaitlyn was super sweet and apologetic about me having to wait for some of my food to be done cooking. I did have to wait an extra 20 minutes, but she offered a medium drink for free because of the delay. The chow mein didn't have enough sauce though and the sweet fire chicken didn't have red bell peppers or pineapple. So that was strange. I was standing by the wall close to the cash register for about 10 minutes before one of the employees (I didn't catch a name, but it was the girl who was speaking half-understandable Spanish to customers finally asked kind of rudely what I needed. Good thing I had already talked to Kaitlyn about my order, apparently the other employee didn't see(?? ? .
