I feel for the managers frustration and she handled it really good.
Worst in the world, and with our family size and proximity to the location we come often. My company also caters yours. I will never purchase agyand will let the word out about this location. $78 on fast food and all the fries and sticks missing for the third time again. Who wants to eat half and drive back for the other half. Other options are come back to cold food. Management needs a change. They hire little misfit boys with blue hair and painted fingernails rather then qualified applicants.
This location has always been amazing, unfortunately the new manager Anitra is an absolute train wreck. Today’s staff was the absolute most unprofessional staff I’ve ever met. My father asked for change for a $20 and when Anitra took his money she turned around and said “We’re not a bank”. After standing at the counter for about 10 minutes another staff came and asked why we were still standing there. We said we were still waiting on our change to which they responded “Anitra” already gave it to … – show
French dip was good but fries were cold (even before I got them home). Shift leader saw me in his peripheral but never acknowledged me. I understand he was putting away inventory but an acknowledgement would have been great customer service.
Ordered a few times, every time something is missing or takes too long. Over an hour wait, cancelled our order. If you can handle takeout get off the app, huge inconvenience for customers.
