Worst location ever! Cold pizza wrong order. 2 hours late! The supervisor Francisco was a nasty old man. He wouldn’t help with any of our issues and laughed when we explained the problem and said to visit another location!
I've always found the people here to be quite unfriendly cold. But the reason I stopped buying pizzas here is because the last several have been very dry not up to par tastewise. Since the store is very close, I have always chosen this location. This time a friend I figured out that there was no tomato sauce on the crust. Pizzas are supposed to have stringy cheese very tasty pizza sauce there was none. The pizza had brittle, snappy crust. I chose 5 toppings but I had no idea you had to specify you wanted pizza sauce because that's always an automatic. I hate to say anything to any one of the employees because they've never been nice enough to seem approachable I've had more than my share of dirty looks there. Should I choose to go back, I'll specifically ask for pizza sauce, but it seems pretty rididulous to have to do so. The last 2 or 3 pizzas have been an absolute waste
Walked in to order a pizza being double masked. The manager Borrilo (Asian took my order and told me to wait outside until done in a very condescending tone. I assumed it was a covid precaution. As there are signs requiring anyone to be masked at entry. I waited outside and saw another customer enter without a mask. A minute passed and Once my pizza was ready I was given the finger to come in. Another rude gesture to use your finger for the customer to come in. The customer without the mask was standing in line. At NO point did the manager ask the customer to put on a mask nor offer a mask to the customer. As it was my turn to pick up my pizza I mentioned it to the manager that the signage states all patrons are required to be masked and asked him why he did not mention that to the customer. His reply is that it's not his problem and does not think it's his job to mention it to the customer. I hope upper management reads this review and reconsiders what a manager responsibilities are not only for the store but to the general public especially during the pandemic. I ended up throwing my pizza away as I did not want to take a chance with the exposure of the non masked customer.
Worst location don't honor specials dominos sends you complete nightmare unhelpful miserable unfriendly unprofessional people. A doormat would be more helpful a rock would be more interesting
