Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - West Hills

The restaurant wasn't very busy and it was clean. The frozen yogurt was delicious as always, and the cashier was very friendly.

Considering the condition these places could be, I'm fairly impressed. Cleanliness is pretty good. Yogurt choices are varied and typically are all running. Topping choices are ranged from fruit to candy, with many choices in between. Finish off with a syrup or two. Staff are generally friendly. Good stuff!

From all the locations we were, this is the worst! It's depressing and dark inside. Not many flavors. Fruits are not fresh and some like lyche have gone badly. Disappointed!

A star too many! Come on. We came for a leak and we left heart broken. My OTHER NEEDS child had to use the toilet room and we said it was closed to the public by company because of COVID. It was suggested that we buy a ticket to a movie to take advantage of their restroom. Menches you let ANYONE touch ALL your handles and spoons, but my child cannot pee OR WASH HIS the number one to prevent COVID? No. When they said NO, I came out of my comfort zone to tell them that he had special needs... still no. There are laws... you've all broken. No one had to pay for a ticket, this show was PAID for all of you WRONG makes MENCHIES. 90 minutes... right outside the door. You said no to a right that someone who touches your dirty handles should have! That's AUTISM.. that's what autism looks like, wanted Menchies, but had to pee. You failed, but over two hours my family paid the price. He didn't even let me come to him and I'm his person. He had to fight for 120 minutes. You helped me for me. #gotothefunnelcakeplace they let him pee but he 't get it, he want Menchies (Older boy was in funnel cake sky! You have that... this is the kindest photo I can share. You did this!

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I ordered two cups of yogurt and paid for them. When the worker handed me the yogurts, I noticed that one of them was completely soaked. I asked for a replacement, but the service girl said I would have to pay for a new yogurt. I ended up throwing the yogurt away. I will never return to this place and do not recommend buying from there.
