Witches Brew Inc - West Hempstead

Ambiance was 10/10. Dessert was good but I was underwhelmed by the s'more I got. Service was excellent and quick.

Food and service is always amazing. Really a staple of Long Island eateries . The atmosphere is always relaxed and comfortable. A diamond in the rough.

Rate 4 stars. Food was amazing and staff was nice. Very attentive. My only issue is the system with the wait times. We waited outside for almost an hour. And that was inconvinet but it was worth the wait

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! I been there twice trying to give the benefit of the doubt and the customer service was garbage each and every time. The wait time was ridiculous. the host in the front with the shaved eyebrows is so rude.. just walks around telling the customers if they are done they need to leave. Who talks to customers like that when we are there spending money how do you know I didn't want to order something else.?? Food, coffee and desserts very mediocre and extremely overpriced!! They force you to leave a 20% tip on top of the food being extremely overpriced. also, this is one of the most racist staff I have yet to encounter. The lady with dreads which I am guessing is a supervisor is very unprofessional, rude and nasty as well. If Your looking for a welcoming place it's NOT THIS PLACE AT ALLL! Horrible management ! do better !

I've been to the witches brew many times. The food is a hit or miss. Same with the service. The Brussels sprouts are great and so is the hummus. The Mac and cheese is alright, kind of bland. The servers are either really nice and helpful or just non existent. The wait is constantly insane (which isn't their fault of course) but we waited inside for 20 mins just for the host to come up to us after all that time and tell us no one is allowed to wait inside? This place is like a once a year thing because it's cute inside but it's really not worth going more than that. I spent $50+ on a drink, an appetizer, and a dessert. I was charged an extra 75¢ for whipped cream on my hot chocolate! I just think the prices of this place have always been ridiculous, not even for a restaurant but more of a cafe! And of course places that are still cash only blow my mind. It's so inconvenient for everyone. Obviously this place's appeal is its decor but with the long wait time and prices, it's just not worth going more than once after the novelty wears off
