The Cheesecake Factory - West Hartford

I have always enjoyed everything I have tried from their menu. Due to the pandemic, I have not dined in their restaurants, but we often get takeout for special occasions. The portions are large, even for the kids' meals. My husband, who usually picks up our orders, says that the service has improved during the pandemic.

I had a much better experience this time compared to my previous attempt to visit this restaurant! During my last visit, they refused to take my reservation because I arrived 2 minutes late. This time, we arrived well ahead of time and enjoyed delicious food and a wonderful time! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

I mean it's the Cheesecake factory. Nothing can top a cheesecake. Waiters are attentive and friendly. Managers are visible and also attentive.

Marcus and Shauna were both great hosts and very accommodating. They made out 16th birthday outing for my daughter special. Very attentive and courteous. Food phenomenal the whole way through. Loved it.
