Plan B Burger - West Hartford

The service and food were great. Would diffinately recommend coming here if you haven't been here before. If you like mac n cheese, try the Mac n jack with chicken.

This place was really great! I have celiacs disease and found this restaurant on the gluten app while Visiting west Hartford. I stopped in to grab lunch and the staff were super friendly and insure me that food was fried separately in dedicated fryers to avoid cross contamination. Everything on their menu looks super yummy. I order the honey mustard chicken tenders because I haven’t. Had chicken tender and honey mustard in so long since I discovered I had this gluten intolerance and honey let me tell you they were delicious and cooked perfectly! Wanda was my waitress and she was very polite and patient with me. I was supposed to go Back with my husband before we left but opted to go a seafood restaurant (maxs oyster bar) which I will be doing a review on as well. At plan B they also gave me A huge bowel of pickles to munch on while I waited for my Food which was a plus for me because I’m def pregnant lol….keep doing y’all thang burger bar and I will sure to return….safe to say food is excellent and safe for celiacs or people with hypersensitivity to gluten. 100% recommend.oops and affordable forgot to add that!

Plan B in WEHA, is hands down the most consistent burger spot/restaurant in the area. Compared to the competition, the quality of the burgers blows everything else out of the water. I love that they added the croissant buns, super soft and delicious. It’s a great place to have a drink in the growing park road area.

Service is slow when you walk in it took a few minutes to be seated when there were lots of tables open. My Food was ok nothing mind blowing. My daughter didn't like the chicken sandwich it was dried out and it crumbled into pieces but she enjoyed her appetizer. Our server was so busy taking care of the entire restaurant that waiting on drinks and appetizers took forever. He was a nice guy but he was doing everything on his own and it frustrated my family. It even took forever to get the bill so we can pay and leave. I hope they fix that issue of service.

Wow wow wow amazing spot my 6th time going there and never dissatisfied. The food is great and there service is out of this world if your around and want a great lunch or dinner this the spot .
