Olive Garden West Hartford

Aside from it being ridiculously expensive, my experience at this particular Olive Garden was great. Jacinda was the person who waited on us and they were exceptional. Very nice, attentive and good personality. Our food was served incredibly fast and it was very good. I got the cheese ravioli dish and it was very tasty. And as always, the bread sticks are a yummy bonus.

It's a great Italian chain restaurant. This place is a welcome feeling for some good Italian food. The waitress (Carolyn) was a nice lady who took the time to serve us food. She is very appreciative who is willing to respond to our orders efficiently. I had never ending pasta dishes for dinner. The food were delicious. That place never fails! P.S. I went here for a family member's birthday dinner on October 11 (although we live maybe well over 25 mins. from that location) because we had our business to care of at another place nearby shortly before hand and I felt that location was closer to it.

Overall 9.5/10, the server was amazing. i did. come on a busy saturday night so everything took a while and i didn’t get everything i wanted and the person who served me was amazing but i did. get a different server in between that weren’t so nice but other then that i’m sure this place is incredible. the food is also very good. in my opinion, this olive garden is amazing.

Good food, service, atmosphere. Great place for a date night or a casual family dinner.

Regular customers, probably could say we go at least 1 a week or even once every 2 weeks o order takeout occasionally. Unfortunately today the service by our waiter was HORRIBLE, Usually the service is GREAT! My recent example last week I went and an older women (I think carolin) was outstanding! Today however, went ordered the soup which I always order, my boyfriend ordered shrimp scampi was not asked if he wanted soup or salad which we were charged for so if the server was going to charge it as soup and salad my boyfriend should’ve been asked, usually I order the soup and that is what the servers will charge me some have charged soup and salad so for me that is not the big issue here, I ordered just the soup and my food never came. The server did not even bring out my boyfriends food, it was another girl. I then had to wait at least 15 minutes for the server to even come back to the table to ask if everything was alright so I explained that I did not receive the soup, 10 minutes letter I received it. Then again another nice gentleman (who was also not server) came and took away my Plate offered me another one, which was very nice but again it never came out, after 20/25 min passed the server we had came around and asked if everything was good, my boyfriend explained that I had been waiting a while for soup, so he said to just wrap one up to go at that point. I work as a Sever so if anyone should understand, trust me it’s me! But like I said usually the service I’ve had in the past is OUTSTANDING! I have never had a complain such as today. never have had such bad service as today, Hopefully it was just an off day for him..
