Harvey's Cafe Market - West Hartford

Food is fantastic, fresh and great quality. Staff is amazing.

Unfortunately I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I was picking up a door dash which should've been either almost done or at the very least in the process of being made but neither was the case. Five customers came in ordered and left with their food in the hour that it took for me to have a two sandwich order filled for door dash. In addition to the horrible service when I inquired about the status of the order I was there to pick up after a half hour I was greeted with suspicious eyes and standoffish egos. I've been racially profiled once before and it's a feeling you don't forget. One gentleman stared at me as if he didn't understand a word coming out of my mouth, while another just walked passed him back and forth pretending he was busy. I am stunned that in 2023 I as an American still have to deal with this nonsense in my hometown of West Hartford CT. Absolutely Disgusting

Stopped in today for the 1st time. Had the Cubbie. Great Sandwich. Definitely will be back.

Incredible sandwiches and the people are super friendly and welcoming, 10/10 overall

Was hungry in the area and decided to pop in to try a sandwich. Absolute gem of a spot. Harvey was super kind and helpful. He suggested the “Queen Rachel” and it did not disappoint. Johnathan made an absolute masterpiece of a sandwich. Definitely coming back here again. Quality service and food
