Dunkin' - West Goshen

Dirty places . People who own Dunkin need to clean it and care more .

When this place is good, it’s so good. But about half the time a drink is wrong, or a food item is wrong/replaced without any conversation about it. They also literally never have blueberry donuts, which often makes me go to other locations since they’re my favorite.

This place has unfortunately become a bit of a joke amongst where I work and the other places of business directly around us. Your food will be wrong every time. Whether you order online or in person. No pleasantries, they act like they're doing you a favor, and then when you tell them your food's wrong, they stare at you like you're the worst person on earth.At first I thought it was just me, so I started having other coworkers order for me. Food is still wrong. I get it, I work retail and I understand things happen. What I don't understand is how they happen consistently.The food you get half the time isn't even warm, cheese is not melted, bacon is bad. It has left such a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively) that I go out of my way not to go there or recommend it to others.Go across the street to Wawa, at least your food will be right, avoid this place.

O ne of the better stores. Coffee was very very good service was excellent.

Friendly, smiling staff at this location. Large seating area that can get noisy when crowded yet is very pleasant. I tried a caramel latte instead of my usual coffee with cream and was not disappointed! Tasted better and cost less than the competitors caramel latte. Plenty of parking at this location and there is a convenient drive thru window for people on the run.
