Burger King - West Fargo

Wonderful crew! emily, cheyenne, julianna and casches were very helpful and friendly. service and eating were great. will definitely come back to this place!

Food was fresh and the order totally correct. Will drive across town to visit this Burger King again.

What a joke this place is. Menu wasn’t even available to look at in the drive thru to start. Went up to the 1st window paid and asked for my receipt and was completely ignored or she didn’t hear me because she was to busy on her phone. Shouldn’t be to hard to get a simple order of 2 bacon cheeseburgers right but they couldn’t do that either.

Not sure what kind of business you're trying to run straight up ignoring all your customers. I waited 10 mins patiently behind someone waiting to order in DT lane, she finally gets talked to then I waited another 10 mins and no acknowledgement, no response, nothing... I watched 6 other cars drive away.It's absurd to just pretend customers aren't there, it's not that hard to acknowledge someone. In their defense, tonight, it looked like there was only 2 people there, in which case your online orders and dining room should be closed so you only have to run the DT...

Got our order wrong, gave us attitude and then took one of the fries back, hope they threw them away and aren't going to give them to the next person who orders fries or worse yet throw them back in the fry bin. The milkshakes had no whipped cream and they seemed angry that we paid cash. Will not return here. $30 for 2 meals. Ridiculous.
