Starbucks - West Dorset

The restaurant was very dirty, even though it was only 10 am. We were glad we only came for coffee as the seats were uncomfortable and worn. The coffee was okay, but overall, we will not be returning.

The staff at this restaurant were unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. We sat down to eat, and within five minutes a worker with brown, wavy hair in pigtails was speaking loudly about us, calling us disrespectful for simply sitting in the cafe. In addition to the poor service, we were served stale food and warm milk instead of the cold milk we had ordered. Overall, we had a negative experience and will not be returning. I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

Good nice enough, quick service, big car park, no complaints!

Stopped by this restaurant for a quick bite while shopping. It's always bustling with people, but it's clean and well-maintained.

Girl was lovely who served us, but getting the drinks at the end.. ask the girl nicely for a sleeve because the drinks were hot she gave us the dirtiest look and just chucked them at us! I understand it’s been a long day..but work on your customer service. And as per usual place is filthy.
