Bidra med feedbackGood coffee stop on our drive down to Cornwall. Dogs not allowed inside which is fair enough. Lovely farm shop with a cafe with outside seating. Beautiful views and Decent coffee. Only slight downer is the toilets.
Stoped here on our way home after a holiday, the farm shop is great, fantastic bacon baps!! But the toilets!! Oh dear!! No hand washing facilities either.
Great farm shop with a coffee bar and outside seating on the terrace with fantastic views to the sea. Stuffed full of local produce which I found irresistible ! Large off road car park from the A35.
We visit Ryall several times a year and regularly use Felicity's as our local store during each of these trips. This is the first time we've ever had an issue. We found the staff and atmosphere to not be very family friendly this time. I paid for our goods and went outside, my partner stayed in store to browse for snacks and he heard the staff being openly rude about our children. One of the comments was that children aren't taught how to behave in public these days, another comment about how loud they were etc. Our youngest has severe disabilities, he doesn't have an internal volume control and can become overwhelmed by stimuli. Both of our children are very polite and if manners are ever dropped I'm always there to remind them. They were excited to be arriving at this store which we regard as a marker for the commencement of our holiday, they had been in the car for 3 hours without a break and needed refreshments. They were not disruptive in store, they did not run riot and they were very polite so, i was shocked by the staff. I am really disappointed that the comments were made behind our backs and in front of other store users. We didn't return for the rest of the holiday. If children aren't welcome just pop up a sign saying no children in store, but please don't let an incident like this happen again. The staff should be ashamed of themselves for badmouthing a disabled 6 year old child.
This charming café and store boasts plenty of character with a variety of interesting products, including a selection of vegetarian items and unique ciders and wines. The café offers delicious snacks and offers a stunning view of Golden Cap and the sea from its back garden.
