Panera Bread - West Des Moines

I visited the Jordan Creek location yesterday, I had macaroni and cheese and it was delicious, followed with a yummy chocolate chip cookie. The staff was polite and helpful. Unknowing I left a package with an Easter gift in it. I called Panera Bread and figured it was gone after calling 2 other places and someone at Panera Bread turned in my package. Thank you for your honesty. Makes my Easter Day even more special and I will be back...

It was wonderful! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The guy doing the food prep (I wish I knew his name so I could mention him) was unbelievably busy. It was the weekend before Christmas, and the mall was packed, so restaurants were very busy. Not only did he keep up with the orders, he still made time to smile, thank the customers, and wish everyone a “Merry Christmas”. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!
