Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am officially not ordering from this place anymore. I have eaten at numerous Chipotle's over the years. I order the same thing. Twice in the last month I have had a bad reaction to the food. I never do at the other places. I'll spare the details, but I don't trust this place.

Most unkept chipotle I?ve ever been to. Not one table in the entire restaurant was wiped down, trash and food all over the floors. Food was cold, I wonder if the owner ever comes in to see how their investment is doing. Staff is amongst the worst in the business.

Best Chipotle I?ve been to (and I?ve been to a lot)!! Food was super fresh. Staff was very friendly- they made conversation with every customer in line. Keep up the good work!

Why is it that the computer systems are down all the time and you only take online orders? I refuse to go online to order ,so you lose my business.I want to see my food being prepared.

Cashier needs help with his job. Constant mistakes, gets frustrated quickly and no customer service bone in his body. I'm sorry- 2 thumbs down!!!
