Gaucho Grill West Covina

Service was very poor, barcelet never looked after to offer us a drink. we had to work hard to get his attention. the first interaction with the server, he asked if we were ready to order without providing us a menu. that had no taste. meal was expensive. they doubled us on our card and we had to get our credit card company to remove them.

I have to say that I was a little reluctant when I first got there, because it seemed pretty busy and they didn’t have many employees. However, our server was truly amazing. She was very quick. The food always came out really fast and the service was great.

Overall all have 5 stars, would suggest to have more people helping to have a wonderful experiences, seems they are short on staff.
