Waffle House - West Columbia

Ok, I admit I hadn't been in a WH for years, but my traveling companion loves them. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the service and yes, even the quality of my lunch. Great sweet tea, as well. I'll no longer ignore the WH and may even try them for breakfast one day.

I'd like to say the service from Dominique and staff was great and the way Manager Jay just jumps in with support made my experience memorable. Thanks Waffle House #264..

I always have a good experience with customer service when 'Pat ' is there (night shift). She 's pleasant with the customers and always makes sure my meal is prepared correctly.

Tried this location one Saturday morning. Friendly staff greeted us and we immediately got a table. Overall, the food and service were good. In fact, the eggs were cooked perfectly. However, I couldn’t give five stars because the waffle was undercooked and soggy. This was disappointing, especially since we had specifically asked for it to be well done and crispy.

This was the cleanest waffle house we have ever been to, everyone was SO nice and working hard the whole time we were in there either helping customers or cleaning....food was great! This is our go to now when we are in town!
