Steak 'n Shake - West Chicago

No idea what happened to this place, but they never know whether they are open or not. in consideration of the ongoing business problems I would recommend skipping this location. too many other reliable decisions in the opposite.

This is the second time that I came to this place, and it closed 45 minutes early. this is incredible chef and the same worker in the front? not recommend.

Try to dine-in to do, but this is not at 1:00 o'clock on Sunday. for the owner, maybe they update a sign or update the google maps list?

Supposedly they were closed at 10 o'clock, we went in at 8:30 o'clock and they didn't even want to order us. directly at the entrance they have a sign that is ordered to dinate or go, or something like that; the ordered screens, all the lights and the open signs were still up; and they told us that they could only serve us through the drive-thru that we need to go and if we still want something we need to use with the drive-thru. we could not even use the screens to order and go.

I am wondering if this location is even open. i see the big sign saying it was now open. i tried to call and i got a voicemail. that doesn't help when you are trying to find out if you all are truely open.
