Rolling Stars - West Chester

Finally a legit bagel place in West Chester. We've tried 5 different kinds and all were fantastic but my favorite was the everything. However they have many more options than just bagels like french toast and wraps. Whatever you try here you are sure to enjoy, they never disappoint.

Stumbled across this bagel spot just to be in and out really quick and ended up viewing life differently after trying the French Toast Bagel. (I got more than 1 the walnut raisin spread on a side) Upon biting into this french toast bagel that just came out off of a platter of many that were shining as if they just came out of the detailing shop? I could taste hard work, fortitude and resilience. This is clearly a business that strives and cares about its quality and ingredients, as well as customer service. It is quite hard to maintain a business with this type of quality especially in these times so if you have not tried this spot I highly suggest you walk in, I could eat the bagel alone with nothing and it?s interior and texture was to be placed next to if not higher than a New York Bagel, in which I have had many famous New York Bagels that have not hit the way this Bagel hit.

WOW!!! We had the Whitefish Platter with an egg bagel made here on location and felt we went back in time. The place clean and nice ambiance! Everything fresh and delicious. Service with a smile and owner came to table to make sure we were happy. First time here and we will be back and recommend to our friends. They also sell bagels and lots of cream cheeses, etc. Wife said bathroom was very clean and beautifully decorated!! ???

Their bagels are legit!! It's the only place I've found outside of New York that makes bagels like this tough and shiny on the outside, chewy on the inside. The french toast bagel was awesome!! My only feedback is that I don't think the table service is necessary I think people expect to order at the counter and find a seat in a bagel shop. While the server was very friendly, the process just felt inefficient for such a quick turn kind of place.

We stopped by the salon next door and decided to have lunch here instead of one of the restaurants downtown West Chester. The place was clean, relatively new and quite pleasant. Most of the staff were young and very friendly. We ordered the Nova Egg Benedict, Turkey with Brie in Ciabatta roll and chocolate bagel with cream cheese. All were well made and presented, and they were great. We also ordered a bag of that wonderful home made bagel chips to-go. Reasonably priced, wonderful staffing, locally owned and bagel freshly baked daily, this is a place definitely for multiple visits.
