Johnny's Italian Steakhouse West Chester

A hidden gem, who would look for a class a steak house on a holiday inn? the server were attentive, smiling and plentiful. the steaks were cooked for perfection and the sides tasty.

Waited for over 15 minutes for a host/hostess to come and no one helped us to our table even though we had a reservation. Very disappointing considering we drove down for my friends birthday and had to find other dinner arrangements as a result of their lack of service

Reservation was on time but received very poor service, got cold and way over salted food and sat for 30 minutes waiting on our server to come back to tell them about it. Wanted to order something else but by the time they came back by we were annoyed and ready to leave. Manager took off the dish but we then waited another 15 minutes to get our check and another 10 minutes to be able to pay. This was not a staffing issue as there were only 4 tables sat. Luckily I had cash and was willing to just leave what I had and not have to wait any longer on them to process my card.

Our server was very patient and attentive, offered suggestions and recommendations, and our food came out prepared exactly as we requested.

This is an undiscovered gem in our area. The food here is amazing, everything beautifully and perfectly prepared and served. The drinks are marvelous and even the bread is wonderful. We are always proud to bring out of town guests to this fabulous restaurant.
