John Serock Catering - West Chester

We used John Serock catering for our wedding and they were phenomenal. Violet was our day-of coordinator and she made sure everything ran seamlessly. As the bride, so many people told me that I wouldn't get to eat on my wedding day, but Violet and MaryAnn made sure we were fed all day and never ran out of drinks. Also our guests raved about the hors d'oeuvres and entrees. Service and food were top notch!

John Serock catering is exclusive to The Barn at Silverstone. Meaning, it is the only caterer that works there for obvious reasons. The food, staff, communication, tastings, all incredible. I would like to acknowledge three special people. First, John, the owner. John is from the West Chester Area. At one of the group tastings, John sat with us and wanted to get to know us as a couple. He made an effort to learn about the people he was servicing. John gave us lots of insight on the catering business, helpful tips, and shared his life with us. It was evident to us that Serock was more than just a catering company. Second, Kristy. Oh where to begin. Kristy, our main person, day of coordinator, communication line, and all other roles she fulfilled to make our day so perfect. From your professional expertise, experience at the venue, and sharing personal favorites, everything came together so beautifully. Kristy, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and constant line of communication with us. You are simply wonderful. Caitlyn, you are the definition of kindness. Thank you for taking care of Daulton and I throughout our wedding night. You went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. I vividly remember you seeking us out to check in on us. You are such a gem and asset to Serock. We are so grateful and lucky you were assigned to us.

We used John Serock Catering for our wedding at The Barn at Silverstone. I cannot tell you how happy and thankful I am that we did. Not only was the food exceptional and so delicious (we got so many compliments! , but our coordinator, Kristy, was absolutely fantastic and helped our day run as smoothly as possible. We couldn’t have done it without you, Kristy! We had guests with restrictions like dairy, gluten, and vegan, and they were able to accommodate them all with pleasure! The rest of the staff working our wedding day as well was so wonderful!! Very attentive and kind, and my husband and I felt very well taken care of. I have had the opportunity to use John Serock Catering multiple times but also work with John and his team as a DJ at many social events. Serock catering always goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is top notch. They always have something new and creative every time I work with them. I look forward to hosting another family party so I can hire Serock Catering.

Working with Serock was an absolute dream. They KNOW how a wedding should be run and provide top tier service. The food was simply delicious and their entire staff were kind, professional, and efficient. I worked with a different coordinator who was incredible before she went on maternity leave. I was slightly nervous to switch to someone knew halfway through the planning process, but Steven was flawless. He was not only immensely helpful, quick with communication, and total FUN during the planning process but he was AMAZING on the actual day as head caterer and coordinator. I already miss him, haha! Words fall short in trying to accurately describe how satisfied we are with the entire Serock team. Thank you!!!!!
