The food is generally good. So is the atmosphere. Service, in my opinion, seems to depend on which crew is on. My recent trip was to order carryout. It took a few minutes of me standing at the register neat the main entrance, watching servers avoid eye contact before someone asked if I needed to be seated. When I said I wanted to place a carryout order, the reply informed me I needed to place the order at the bar, as the register where I stood was not being manned. A sign stating just that would have saved me from feeling ignored. As it was, that put me off. At least my order was ready in very good time. My prior visit for carryout was a much better experience. I left a tip on that visit.
Great experience, good and service. Ask for Mia . She took great care of us!
It has been a while since we've been here. The food was soo much improved! We will be back for sure. So glad they've gotten back on track!
