Ihop - West Chester Township

Stopped by on a Friday morning. Big mistake. Restaurant not busy but waited forever for food. Mine wasn't hot and was served on a dirty plate. We have been here for 1.5 hours and trying to get the check for husbands meal. Ready to walk out. We haven't been to an IHOP in years and will never come back. Big mistake today.

The girl at the front told us we had to wait another hour to eat food here, that the chef wasn’t cooking till then. How are your hours going to say open 24/7 and not be serving your customers?? The girl at the front was also super disrespectful and had a nasty attitude towards us.

Typical chain restaurant, but even in a very busy time our waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was good too.

I drove 30 minutes to the restaurant that supposedly claimed to be open 24/7 on the maps, only to arrive and find it closed without any actual hours posted on the door.

I had to request butter and syrup separately. The staff wasn't very friendly. However, the food was served hot.
