Donatos Pizza - West Chester Township

We’ve eaten there, ordered and picked up. Half the employees are nice and half have attitudes. And a 5 dollar delivery charge, lol. No thanks. Especially when it’s already the most expensive pizza around. Go elsewhere unless you’re going through the drive through.

I ordered a takeout for 11am. After I stood at the door for 5 minutes after 11, I pulled into the drive thru and waited another 5 minutes before calling to ask if anyone was going to acknowledge me. From the a woman came to the window and proceeded to tell me that my pizza was mistaken for another pizza and it would take 5-10 more minutes for them to remake the pizza.

Ordered, told order would be here at 7:19 as of 7:45 not here and they won’t answer phone.

Not what I expected at all. I know other pizzerias would've done a much better job.Ps. They don't make their dough they have it in the freezer and quality is not on their menu ? they also put olives on my pizza and had told them not too. Very unsatisfied go elsewhere for your money ? ? ? people.

Not quite surprised by the looks of the pizza even though I asked for no olives they still went ahead and threw a bunch on it. Disappointed because they don't make their own dough ?????? I saw them grabbing the pizza dough from the freezer. Would not consider coming here again... I would recommend finding other pizzerias around not here even though they do stay busy do to production I don't think quality is a thing for them. Sorry ?
