Logger's Depot - West Branch

I brought my son to Logger's Depot today for his 13th birthday. Easily one of the BEST burgers I've ever had. I'm usually overly critical when eating out due to working in the food industry for decades and my kid being the pickiest eater alive, but even he agreed that his burger was the best he'd ever eaten. We weren't even out of our parking spot before he was asking when we could come back. The manager and staff were all super friendly, and the place just has an overall welcoming atmosphere.

Our food was absolutely delicious. Our drinks were wonderful and a service is absolutely great! Will definitely be back!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I started with an appetizer spinach artichoke dip it was bland and only received 3 tablespoons of the dip. My husband ordered the deep fried shrimp basket and they gave him a shrimp cocktail sauce with Sriracha sauce in it. I ordered a chicken naan sandwich with their signature Michigan cherry BBQ sauce. I believe my first bite tasted like maraschino cherry or cherry extract for the famous BBQ sauce. Sure enough the waitress confirmed it was maraschino juice. It was a horrible taste. I had two bites my husband had one. We both agreed it was not a good taste. The waitress and supervisor did not want to credit my bill and made it clear they do not honor satisfaction guaranteed at there establishment. He also said the customer is never right.

Came here with the crew and got great food and service. Sarah our waitress was great. 11/10 would recommend this place.
