Bidra med feedbackThis was terrible on Nordstrom and open table. We made a reservation for Easter Sunday and it was confirmed twice by open table. When we arrived the restaurant was closed. No recourse. We could not even try to rebook somewhere else because open table said we were at Nordstrom. Beyond disappointed.
It's prez day weekend at MOA, so you expect to be patient... but they were obviously understaffed in both the kitchen and on the floor. We walked in and the server that was in the area they tried to seat us was verbally upset about having another table, then we were moved by the host. After being re seated our lovely server did his best... but the kitchen was behind, food took more than 1 hour to arrive(! in total we sat there for almost 2 hours. The managed comped the entire meal without us even raising an issue, but that is to be expected since we should have left after the first hour. We even had to find the server to tip, what a mess, and not up to the usual Nordstrom experience.
Had lunch at the cafe located at Nordstrom MOA. Terrible service! Took our initial order quickly but it took 15 min to get my drink order. Guess she was too busy bringing glasses out from the kitchen. And no acknowledgement or apology! Brought our food and then disappeared. Had to ask for our bill after she clearly saw we were done eating long before. I can give grace to understaffed and busy times but this was not the case. Thankfully the food was good!
Nordstrom Grill may be a well kept secret to many MOA visitors. I recently discovered it myself and have been back within a week. It has an interesting menu and good food. Customer service was very professional and efficient. I have already promoted it to others.
Great spot for lunch. Soups are served hot and a nice serving Tomato basil was very tasty and served with a piece of toast. Salads were very good and the size was enough to share. Nice quick shopping lunch.
