Baskin-robbins - WEST BLOOMFIELD

We're here several. Times and o hate to say it, but every time it was chaotic and the staff saw roaring. They have about 16 flavors there, the ice flavors are not in stock. My friend wanted choc chip cookie dough (basic right) there was scrap in the tub and then asked if he wanted something else upstairs they were out. I ordered a shake and it was as thin as milk. The ice is never in stock, I would say they have half the flavors there, and the cases look a mess, with strange number of tubs and ice in the wrong place. Surprise this place remains open

I go to Baskin Robbins West Bloomfield all the time. This place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the ice cream is great! It is so much fun to go there and I can't wait to come back.

Well maintained store welcoming staff, all ice cream flavors available, specially rocky road (we love it)!! We go almost every other week.

This place is top notch! Very clean, staff is very professional and welcoming! You have a wide selection of ice cream to choose! And what makes it more brilliant is the owner Neal!!!!! He's so beautiful and amazing with the kids. Love this place!!!! I want to give more than five stars. Wish the rest of the bikini Robbins were like these. I drive long ways to come here and it's worth it! Thank you. Neal for the best!!!!!!
