They go quite regularly and the personal are all beautiful and they make brilliant chips. very good price

Be very careful with botanical they do not read their allergy field then they call a lügner, eating is usually very nice

Have ordered a lot with them, was always good until now. ordered £34 worth eating for a dinner party and give them 2 hours notice as it was a Friday eve. they delivered 2 when kebab meat! I called the driver. he told me to call the load and talk to so-called manager, and he accused us of eating something and then asking for more free food! we ordered somewhere else. I asked him to collect what he delivered and to give us a refund or at least to give us a refund of 70 percent, because we do not have the right order. the rude man has accused me of being a sinner! like rude and unprofessional.

I heard a lot of positive and almost similar amount of negative reviews from botan, but never attempted to. but while we returned from our food business last weeks, we suddenly felt like doner kebab and brought a small way to bartholomew Street...for our first kebab withdrawal since lockdown. obviously the parking lot on the street was a problem, as the bartholomew street houses about a dozen restaurants and pubs. we parked by knowing and going back to botan. the order was a small problem, because environment noises and masks made the conversation something iteratiw. but we live in a strange new world. So, no complaining, we ordered great portions of lamb and huh doners, some beef bullshit kebabs, falafel, fries and twirl rings. I must admit, the restaurant looked hygienic and food preps on the display looked fresh. we had to wait 10/12 minutes to collect the order. also with a free 1.5 l bottle of diet soda. it was a quick and friendly service. when we unpacked the food, we realized that we made the mistake of ordering a large part. honestly, the parts were huge. not complaining though, as left overs helped the next day to midday! the donation meats were well seasoned and juicy, not excessively oily. salates felt fresh. flatbreads were soft. the bark heesh had not much taste in it. but the fresh chili sauce has formed for it. fries were crisp and tasty, but the wobbly rings turned out to be small. not least the falafels were excellent. the foods are somewhat expensive compared to similar steers, but the quality of the food was worth every cent (plus parking). overall, quite satisfying experience. Although we don't like almost foods, we have the next appetit on doners, here we come back. By the way, they forgot the extra pickled chili peppers we demanded. but I can't blame them too much. they were really busy on a Saturday night.

Last night, I ordered food from Botan. Unfortunately, when we received the cheesecake, it was frozen solid, making it impossible for my girlfriend to eat. Additionally, the delivery driver had trouble finding our house and had to call me three times for directions. By the time the food arrived, it was cold, and I had to go outside to locate the driver. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
