This was not our first time here. We had a party of 10, including two children. The salad bar is ok, most of the dinners, at our table, were a big disappointment. I think the best food on the table was the kids meals. I hope this was just an off night, but it will be a while before I’m ready to try them again. First off we haven't visited here in a year due to the last couple of visits have been close to terrible. We heard the chef from the Braising Pan Heather was the new chef so we were willing to give it another chance. After being seated we found out that Heather was not in which seemed strange on a Saturday night. Our group of 6 cautiously ordered their meals to once again be disappointed. The Prime Rib has not changed. Still fatty, chewy and unedible. I ordered the pork chop and was pleased but not wowed. My wife sent back the Prime rib and received a chicken dish that was ok. Unfortunately we will not be going back. Which is sad because they have a nice bar area and beautiful setting on the lake but the food quality is not what you would expect from a fine supper club. They need to change who they get their meat from. (PicknSave) offers a better quality Prime rib which isn't saying much. The original restaurant was fantastic. After the remodel the quality of the food has gone downhill. A restaurant cannot survive on a nice bar and setting alone which has become evident by the not so full house on a Saturday night dinner at a local Supper Club. Need to up your game on food quality.
